A 1950s Diner environment running in Unreal Engine.

As a part of my Masters in Game Art at Escape Studios, we were tasked with creating a small diorama of our choosing in just 6 weeks. I chose to model a bright and shiny 1950's diner.

I designed the diner after looking at as much references as possible, and took it from concept right through to this stage in 6 weeks. All assets were modelled in Maya, sculpted in ZBrush and painted in Substance Painter. I then assembled, dressed and lit the scene in Unreal Engine.

This is still a work in progress, so any feedback or pointers would be appreciated. I plan on modelling the exterior, adding posters and pictures to the interior, and re-texturing the walls.
